The room was modern and spacious, had separate bathroom. The food was delicious - a great selection of options. The staff was excellent co-operating and responsive to what we asked for. Location: the hotel was very close to the nearest tube and the airport shuttle or shuttle and nearest train station to city.

Good choice of appetising food, we loved it. The hotel's location was favourable accesible to places you wan na shop. Plus, it was really close to Kwai Fong and Tsim Sha Tsui and the airport around Also far from Demonstrations/Rally and taxi.

The hotel offers magnificent location with near convenience store. It's also not far from an MTR, the nearest local restaurants and different districts.

The location was great and magnificent, for example, Florentia Village Outlet Mall was within walking distance of the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised! The location was perfect, being in a traditional industrial area with lots of character. The staff were very approachable and gave a very good service. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a bar/lounge area, fitness centre, and business centre to keep me occupied during my stay.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast is satisfactory, offered with like street dimsum and potatoes, for example. It has gentle, cooperative staff.

I recently stayed at Silka Tsuen Wah for a family vacation. The spacious suite exceeded our expectations and the breakfast buffet was delightful. The staff, from the concierge to the front desk, were incredibly accommodating. The free shuttle bus and complimentary use of a mobile phone were helpful amenities. The English-speaking front desk officers and concierge provided excellent assistance throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the service from all staff members, including the cleaners and maintenance crew, was top-notch. The location was ideal for a quiet yet enjoyable experience in Hong Kong.

All of the staff members were EXCELLENT and gentle. Excellent location of the hotel close to the airport. It was also very close to train station, restaurants and the main tourist attractions.
